Everyone knows it is essential to remain fit and healthy throughout our lives. It is important to keep a healthy, balanced diet and to keep up a course of regular exercise to avoid susceptibility to illness and disease and to keep our bodies happy. The teenage body is growing at developing at its quickest rate, covering the transition to adulthood. The teenage mind is sensitive and perceives situations in ways which many adults forget.
