Facing reality on dropouts may aid reform
Daily News, Los Angeles, CA – August 14, 2011
The California Department of Education made an announcement on Thursday that will have earthshaking impact on the entire state. For the first time, it acknowledged the massive numbers of County Office of Education dropouts that have been largely invisible to the public. It also acknowledged the existence of the significant numbers of especially tragic dropouts who do not even complete middle school before dropping out.

Alcohol Rehab Boston Massachusetts

Melanie’s Law, signed by Governor Mitt Romney on Oct. 28, 2005, is named in honor of 13-year-old Melanie Powell who was killed by a drunk driver in 2003. This law has had a dramatic impact on lowering the number of multiple repeat offenders getting behind the wheel after having been drinking. Boston now needs to take preventative measures for those considering using alcohol/drugs and for those already caught in the downward spiral of alcohol addiction. Narconon Arrowhead is aware of this problem and has a rehabilitation program that handles all aspects of alcohol addiction with a success rate of over 70% and free educational materials concerning alcohol addiction.
